You Can Now Eat Lunch at the 'Gilmore Girls' House

Gilmore Girls fans, your Christmas wish has been granted. Now, prepare yourselves, because what I am about to tell you is shocking.

You ready?

Starting Dec. 22, fans of the show can now eat lunch and consume massive amounts of coffee, Rory-and-Lorelai-style, in the actual Gilmore girls’ house at Warner Bros. studio located in Burbank, California. Everyone still with me? OK, let’s continue.

As part of the Gilmore Girls studio tour, guests will not only have the opportunity to walk through the recreated Stars Hollow set and see props and all the original costumes worn by their favorite characters from the show, but they can also take all the selfies they want in Lorelai’s holiday-decorated house, including the iconic gazebo. Plus, part of the tour is self-guided, meaning you can explore the stage and the house set at your leisure.

Oh, but wait. It gets better.

Once the two-and-a-half to three-hour house tour is complete, tourgoers can then purchase holiday-themed food — including oven-roasted turkey breast with cranberry-shallot sauce, lemon-garlic roast chicken, veggie burgers, fries, home-style macaroni salad, garlic-butter corn, salads and more — and eat their meal on the Gilmore Girls set.

Who says dreams don’t come true?

Just throwing this out there — a ticket for this tour would make a killer holiday gift for your Gilmore Girls-loving BFF, mom, aunt, neighbor, acquaintance — basically anyone. The tour runs through Jan. 6, and tickets cost $65 per adult.
