Jenna Jameson Just Posted A Photo Of Her Loose Skin After Losing Nearly 70 Pounds On Keto

Sure, Jenna Jameson has gained back so much of her confidence since losing weight on the keto diet (almost 70 pounds, guys!), but there’s one thing she’s still a little iffy about: her loose skin.

Jenna posted a picture of that loose skin on Instagram Friday, basically telling fans that, hey, she has it too.

“I got hundreds of comments from women who are in their weight loss process, postpartum, or both… that ask me how i have no loose skin after having twins, a singleton, and losing almost 70 pounds,” she wrote, captioning a photo of herself sitting down in a midriff-baring top and underwear in front of a mirror.

Loose skin. Let’s talk about it. I got hundreds of comments from women who are in their weight loss process, post partum or both… that ask me how I have no loose skin after having twins, a singleton and losing almost 70 pounds. Well, this is my tummy. Yes it’s snatched but it’s also wrinkly. It’s even worse if I don’t sit up straight. I am JUST like you. Now that I’m thin, my skin is much more laxed, and it’s annoying. But it’s reality. I felt the need to show you. I’m not in any way perfect. I have slowly embraced it and the funniest part is my man is like… huh? LOL I love men. I’m sure some of you will say that’s NOTHING, but I hope you understand that I come from a life of constantly striving for perfection and comparison. I’m breaking that cycle. Thank you for being my sounding board. I love you. #weightlossjourney #tummy #mombod #keto #intermittentfasting #ketodiet

“Well, this is my tummy. Yes, it’s snatched but it’s also wrinkly,” she wrote. “It’s even worse if I don’t sit up straight. I am JUST like you.”

She didn’t stop there. Jenna added that now that she has lost weight, her skin is “much more laxed” but that “it’s reality.” She stressed that she wanted to show her followers that she’s not perfect—and that she’s still self-conscious about her body sometimes.

“I’m sure some of you will say that’s NOTHING,” referring to the loose skin on her stomach, “but I hope you understand that I come from a life of constantly striving for perfection and comparison. I’m breaking that cycle.”

This isn’t the first time Jenna has talked about her loose skin: She also addressed it in a previous Instagram post in September focused on her legs: “Yes I’m trying to make the most of my legs in this pic… but if you look you can see the loose skin,” Jenna wrote in the caption of a picture of herself in a black-and-white strapless bathing suit.

Yes I’m trying to make the most of my legs in this pic… but if you look you can see the loose skin. I’m actively doing yoga as much as possible to try to tighten. I just wanted to post this so other mamas can see what happens when you lose weight. It’s not all perfection. But I feel so beyond healthy now that I’m fat adapted and intermittent fasting on the regular. Let me know your thoughts. #weightlossjourney #keto #ketotransformation #weightloss

Jenna added that she was also “actively doing yoga as much as possible to try to tighten,” she said, but that she “just wanted to post this so other mamas can see what happens when you lose weight. It’s not all perfection.” A-freaking-men.

So yeah, loose skin is kind of a bummer after losing weight, as Jenna points out—especially when you lose a significant amount of weight like Jenna did. But Jenna has also shared how much better she feels physically and mentally now that she’s lost the baby weight, and that’s definitely worth a lot too. Clearly, the pros of her weight loss outweigh the cons.
