ISAIAS UPDATE: Over the weekend, the ASPCA assisted Charleston Animal Services in an urgent transport to open shelter space for animals displaced by Tropical Storm Isaias. The dogs were transported to our Behavioral Rehabilitation Center in Weaverville, North Carolina, and are currently receiving care and enrichment from our staff after their journey.
