Ingredients for 4 servings
For the Brussels sprouts salad
- 500 g of Brussels sprouts – the stalk cut off, outer leaves removed, cut in half
- 4 TBSP olive oil, cold pressed
- 4 TBSP Apple cider vinegar
- 2 TABLESPOONS of organic mustard, grainy
- 2 TBSP Yaconsirup
- Pepper from the mill
- Crystal salt
Preparation
Preparation time 25 minutes cooking/baking time about 15 minutes
A pot with water and bring to a boil, add salt and the sprouts in about 5 Min. simmer so that it still has a pleasant bite. Then using a sieve, drain, quench with cold water and drain.
For the Dressing, vinegar, mustard, Yaconsirup, as well as some salt and pepper in a bowl and stir well, then the olive oil slowly and stir.
Then the Brussels sprouts, mix well and season with salt and pepper.
The Brussels sprouts salad before Serving, about 15 minutes.
