Jennifer Lopez officially made it to the ninth day of her 10-day, no-sugar, low-carb challenge, and damn, her abs look good.
“Day 9 and feelin’… like I can’t wait for Day 10. 😅” J.Lo wrote next to a photo of herself, clad in gear from her Niyama Sol activewear line.

“Who’s still with us?” J.Lo asked, tagging boyfriend Alex Rodriguez in the post (he’s been doing the challenge with her). J.Lo also added the hashtags #10DayChallenge and #NoSugarNoCarbs.
Clearly, this whole challenge thing is working for her. Just four days into her 10-day challenge, J.Lo posted (yet another) incredible abs selfie. “Day 4 and feeling….. a lil better :)” she wrote.

So yeah, J.Lo looks great, but it hasn’t been the easiest challenge for her (or A.rod, or Hoda Kotb, who she also challenged). J.Lo took to her Instagram Stories on the second day of her challenge to voice some…concerns.
“So it turns out, when you don’t have sugar and you don’t have carbs, you’re really hungry all the time,” she said. “So we’re trying to figure out some good snacks.” (Hint: Those snacks ended up being cucumber, red peppers, yellow peppers, tuna poke, green beans, canned tuna, and sugar-free Jell-O.)
A.Rod had issues with the diet, too: “I’m on the second day of t his 10-day challenge, it seemed like a great idea when I challenged all of you,” he said in his Instagram Stories. “I have had eggs and avocado today. I’m dying.”
Luckily, it seems like J.Lo and A.Rod are almost at their 10-day mark. Here’s hoping they’ll give a full rundown of how they fared on the diet once they reach the finish line…or, maybe they’ll keep up the no-sugar low-carb lifestyle even longer. 😅
