Jenna Jameson has been singing the keto diet’s praises for months now, and she has one more pro to add to the keto column: It helped her find her ideal weight.
“Alright my fellow #keto people and y’all who are on the fence…,” she started a new Instagram post that featured before and after pictures of herself. “Let’s talk self doubt and healthy thinking. I think my body has decided this is my ideal weight. 125.”

Alright my fellow #keto people and y’all who are on the fence. Let’s talk self doubt and healthy thinking. I think my body has decided this is my ideal weight. 125. My unhealthy mind keeps thinking I need to be 110. I quietly say “not today, demon” I won’t cave to those voices that tell me I need to be a size 0 to be loved. When I look in the mirror now I see health and happiness, and that alone is my fuel to continue this lifestyle. Do I still pinch my loose belly skin and wish I still had a washboard tummy? Yes. Does Batelli pinch it and laugh? Yes. But that’s when my admiration for this body really hits me. I made 3 miracles. In closing I think it boils down to self love. Say it with me… I LOVE ME. #ketotransformation #beforeandafter #ketodiet #ketoweightloss #weightlossjourney #selfcare #selflove

Of course, 125 wasn’t Jenna’s “ideal weight” in her mind, she said. “My unhealthy mind keeps thinking I need to be 110,” she wrote. “I quietly say, ‘not today, demon,’ I won’t cave to those voices that tell me I need to be a size 0 to be loved.”
Jenna, 44, says that she sees “health and happiness” when she looks in the mirror—and that’s what fuels her to keep doing the keto (and intermittent fasting) lifestyle.
“Do I still pinch my loose belly skin and wish I still had a washboard tummy? Yes,” she continued. “But that’s when my admiration for this body really hits me. I made 3 miracles,” she said, referring to her three children. “In closing I think it boils down to self love. Say it with me… I LOVE ME.”
Jenna’s candidness about the keto diet is nothing new: She started her keto journey after giving birth to her daughter, Batelli, in 2017—and she’s lost about 62 pounds since then, following her keto diet and intermittent fasting routine.

Catching up on #transformationtuesday . Ladies can we all agree that once you legit feel confident in white jeans, we’ve hit our goal weight? Me too, sis. You can literally almost feel the difference in confidence in these two pictures. I remember the pic on the left being taken of me by paparazzi at the grove and how I wanted to scurry out of sight (I did) Now I’m getting my groove back. Also I wanted to recognize all you sweethearts out there that shared your stories and told me you related to my sobriety and weight fears and depression. We are a sisterhood! Side note if you’re so inclined to venture into white jeans… these are for sale over on my poshmark (link in my bio) they stretch for the gods ?? #keto #ketotransformation #weightlossjourney #weightlosstransformation #fitmom

Since then she’s shared her ups (like fitting into a pair of white jeans) and her downs (like how she was scared that she wouldn’t reach her weight loss goals)—but most of all, Jenna says that keto and her weight loss journey has helped her get her confidence back. “I’m getting my groove back,” she shared on Instagram in mid-August.
So…if you need some serious keto inspiration, looks like you’ve found it.
