- Kate Hudson showed off a slimmer silhouette at The Daily Front Row’s 5th Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards
- The actress joined Weight Watchers—now known as WW—as a celebrity ambassador in December
- Her goal is to lose 25 pounds by spring
Kate Hudson is red hot. The actress and Fabletics co-founder stepped out on Sunday evening for The Daily Front Row’s 5th Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards, where she accepted the Fashion Entrepreneur of the Year award.
The 39-year-old looked every inch the fashion plate in a fitted Oscar de la Renta sequin gown that showed off her slimmer figure. Back in December—following the birth of her third child, Rani Rose—Kate announced that she had signed on as a Weight Watchers celebrity ambassador, with the goal of losing 25 pounds by spring.
“Health and wellness is my number one and I always say what works for me doesn’t work for everyone,” Kate wrote at the time. “I’ve become an Ambassador for the WW family because it is the perfect community for people to live healthy their own way.”
Kate is obviously no stranger to the wellness world. In addition to her activewear line, she’s always been a vocal proponent of working out and living healthfully, frequently posting pics and vids of her workouts online.

That hard work is clearly paying off, evidenced by her fit figure. And at the awards, Kate talked about being a healthy inspiration for others through her clothing line.
“I actually relate to people with something that matters to me, which is when someone comes up to me and says you know, ‘My husband left me after 20 years and I gained 55 pounds and I saw online this Fabletics thing, and then I was like you know what, f–k it. I’m going to get my life together. I’m going to be strong and [lose] 50 pounds. I lost everything and I got a boyfriend and I feel good about myself,’” she said during her speech. “Oh my god, this is the most—that was more inspiring to me than anything I’ve ever done.”
Keep it up, girl!
