Elote is that amazing seasoned corn that a lot of people know as “Mexican Street Corn.” The most traditional version of Elote uses a roasted corn on the cob, smothered in butter, mayo, cheese, and a blend of spices. Well, this seasoning takes out some of the work and blends those flavors for you in one convenient container.

The main ingredients include salt, chile pepper, cheese, chipotle, and cumin. It’s important to note that because of the cheese this product does contain milk, so that’s something to keep in mind for all of our vegan or non-dairy friends out there! The spice container explains on the back of the label that this seasoning would work on corn but also meat and veggies too.

There are a ton of creative ways to cook Mexican Street Corn-inspired recipes including corn salad, stuffed peppers, and corn dip. This seasoning would make trying something new in the kitchen even easier, and I’m sure would go great pinched onto some eggs, avocado, or snacks like popcorn!

An Instagram user @traderjoesfl said that the bottle goes for just $2.49 and a little goes a long way, so this will last forever. If I were you, I’d be sure to add the Everything But The Elote seasoning to your grocery list before you hit Trader Joe’s. This is bound to be an instant classic.
