Hilary Duff, 31, a new mumma for the second time, hit Instagram with a breastfeeding lewk for the books.
The Younger star posted a photo of herself in a shower cap, coat slung over her shoulders, and an opened button-down shirt revealing her left breast attached to a breast pump next to a photo of Rachel McAdams striking a similar pose for Girls. Girls. Girls. Magazine.
Rachel’s shoot initially garnered tons of praise for normalizing and showcasing the beauty of breastfeeding. Hilary’s hilarious recreation is pretty much spot-on if you ask me—with a tongue-in-cheek dose of reality added in.
Hilary captioned the photo “Am I doing this right? ?” and her fans took to the comments section to show her all the love. “You go girl,” one supporter commented under another comment that read “my HERO.”
Hilary gave birth to her daughter Banks on October 25, and it’s been a ride—one that included drinking her placenta and dealing with a serious case of colic. The actress is flooding her Instagram account with adorable shots of the baby girl, who she says is both a “handful” and a “special gift.”
