Piccolo coffee: I can’t live without my healthy and nourishing morning rituals, which include my one coffee a day (usually a piccolo), plus these…

Morning workout: I start the day with yoga, a brisk walk or a pilates session.

Protein Power Smoothie: I always have a delicious JSHealth breakfast, usually my signature Protein Power Smoothie, which sets me up for a very healthy start.

Social media ban: I have a rule that I don’t use social media until after breakfast.

Greens at every meal: Typical nutritionist! I can’t live without having greens at every meal. It just makes me feel so good

Apple cider vinegar: At the moment, I can’t do without apple cider vinegar added to my water – it takes away all sugar cravings and balances my blood sugar levels.

Smoothie: I love to make a bright green smoothie every morning – it helps me feel healthy and like I know I’m putting my best self forward to start the day.

Yoga mat: I fill my day with things that make me feel good, like yoga, so I can’t live without my yoga mat.

Music: You can take it with you anywhere and it sets the tone and mood of any occasion or exercise moment.

Magnesium supplements: I take supplements, like magnesium, to support my mind and body, so I travel with them.

Coconut oil: I love having coconut oil with me. I use it not just on my body but also to cook with, and I even add it to my smoothies to make them extra creamy.

Exercise: It goes without saying that I can’t live without some sort of physical activity in my daily routine.

A smile: There is one other thing that I definitely can’t live without that has a huge influence on my day, and that’s a smile! Your facial expressions influence your mood. Even if you consciously fake that smile, it can improve your mood and reduce stress. The more you focus on this, the easier it is to train your brain to be aware of your state of mind, emotions and feelings so that you can quickly make that positive switch. Oh, and yep, frowns have been shown to have the opposite effect.
