We all had admiration for bachelor contestant Tiffany Scanlon when she did a plank off in a ball gown with Richie Strahan #plankedforarose. The star credits Kayla Itsines’ bikini body guide to her both physical and mental transformation.
“I did exercise before, mainly cardio and yoga but no other form of exercise program has given me the same results as joining #kaylasarmy it really works!”
The 29-year-old admitted that although she has been doing the guide for the past 2 years she can’t give a definite ‘round’ figure. Like most of us she has had breaks and done different workouts some weeks, but ultimately she wants to stop people being fixated with the number on the scale.
There is only a 3kg weight difference between and star and end weight but her body has completely transformed.
She opened up to her 77.3k Instagram followers that before starting the program “I lacked self love and allowed people into my life one after another who were damaging to me. I couldn’t be strong inside so I decided I would build strength from the outside in (cue music bulletproof). The outside changes came first and slowly slowly I have built myself back up again and am learning to love myself the way I should.”
