The menu has been influenced by different cuisines including Mexican, Japanese and Egyptian, so you can expect to try your favourite fruit with some unique, regional flavours.

According to The New York Times, it was love at first taste for Italian Francesco Brachetti, who first tried the heavenly fruit when he lived in Mexico. The new obsession sparked the idea to create Avocaderia with his cousin and chef Alberto Gramini, and his friend, Alessandro Biggi.
