Luckily, the universe has some ideas about what you can eat to help get your day started right. We consulted Donna Page, a professional astrologer with a graduate degree in counseling psychology for advice on the best healthy breakfast to eat, based on your sign.
ARIES (MARCH 21–APRIL 19)
You’re ruled by Mars, which has a strong energy that makes you love it when things happen fast. That’s why a grab-and-go breakfast is ideal for you. Try making some nutritious muffins with nuts and almond flour when you have time and keep them handy so you can nab one or two on your way out the door.
TAURUS (APRIL 20–MAY 20)
You like to take your time with things, Taurus, and that can screw you in the breakfast department on busy weekday mornings. Try to schedule some extra time into your a.m. routine so you can scramble some eggs and chop up some fruit before you have to head out.
GEMINI (MAY 21–JUNE 20)
You cycle between different favorites for breakfast, so your best chance for eating well on the regular is having several choices available. Make sure you have options like muesli and hard-boiled eggs handy at all times, so you can figure out what you want on any given day.

VIRGO (AUGUST 23–SEPTEMBER 22)
You love any and all things healthy, Virgo. Try a protein shake to get your day started right, or do a little research on Pinterest to find the next big breakfast trend (baked avocado eggs, anyone?). As long as it’s healthy, you’re all in.
LIBRA (SEPTEMBER 23–OCTOBER 22)
You love beautiful things, and your breakfast is no exception. You crave something that tastes as good as it looks, making a pretty fruit plate and Greek yogurt a good combo for you. (Or try these gorgeous stacked smoothies!) You’ll be tempted to grab a sugary coffee drink on your way to work pretty much daily, but try to keep your sweet tooth in check.
SCORPIO (OCTOBER 23–NOVEMBER 21)
You tend to get laser-focused on one thing in particular… and then you’re so over it. Cruise Pinterest or your fave food blogs to find your next big healthy breakfast, and save a few options for the future while you’re at it—you’re going to need it.
SAGITTARIUS (NOVEMBER 22–DECEMBER 21)
