- Julianne Hough appears in a bizarre new video posted from the World Economic Forum in Davos.
- Julianne is shown receiving a form of physical therapy from Dr. John Amaral.
- Her body convulses during the treatment, and she can be seen moaning and shrieking.
Julianne Hough is basically a fitness guru: The former Dancing with the Stars pro is currently on tour with Oprah Winfrey for WW (formerly known as Weight Watchers) to teach sessions of her new Kingry workout program.
But right now, Julianne is in Davos, Switzerland, bringing Kingry to attendees of the World Economic Forum. Apparently she’s also been undergoing some exorcism physical therapy with holistic guru Dr. John Amaral, based on a video captured by podcast host Jackie Schimmel Haas. In the video, Amaral uses Julianne during a demonstration of how to “release waves of stored emotion through movement,” per US Weekly.
And let’s just say the video has been getting a lot of attention.“Gonna tell my kids this is the Exorcist,” Jackie captioned the Instagram video.
In the video, Dr. Amaral hovers his hands above Julianne’s body, without touching her, and her body responds wherever his hands go. At one point, she also lets out a super loud scream and contorts her body. “Expression of emotion may happen when the system moves,” Amaral says as Julianne shrieks.

People are equally confused and intrigued.
Stassi Schroeder commented, “What in the actual…”, while comedian Heather McMahan left multiple comments, including “Is he pulling the demonic spirit out of her booty??? so many questions. Calling a priest.” Others wrote, “I feel weird,” and there were plenty of “WTF’s”.
Julianne Hough is clearly game to try the latest health trends—like these cauliflower pizzas:
According to Julianne, it’s totally helped her feel better, though.
“I feel so much more liberated on the inside that I can speak my truth clearly, stand in my power and not feel overtaken by emotion, my mind, and I feel free inside myself to just be,” she said before the demonstration. “Our body is our vessel to hold our energy, and that is the most prominent thing that we can take care of.”
