Feeling spooky? Of course you are, Scorpio. Halloween may be over, but it’s your birthday season, and your sign corresponds with one of the most supernatural times of the year. Scorpio occurs at the halfway point between the autumn equinox and winter solstice, and many believe that the season serves as a portal between the living and the dead.
The new moon in your own sign on Wednesday, November 7, is a great time for you to tap into some of your witchiest sensibilities, so go ahead and lay out the tarot cards, organize your crystal collection, or peer into the future through tea leaves.
A radical shift occurs on Thursday, November 8, when Jupiter moves out of your sign and into Sagittarius. Since October 2017, Jupiter (the planet of expansion) has been in Scorpio, making an indent on virtually everything. Your life has changed dramatically over the past 13 months. Relationships, jobs, identity, and everything in between has experienced a massive pivot.

purchases, but try to keep your spending at bay.
In fact, some things you've experienced that seemed extremely difficult at the time have proven to be wildly positive. That’s just the way Jupiter likes to work. The cosmos will pull a fast one on Friday, November 16, when, just as Venus finishes its backward spin, Mercury begins its own retrograde cycle. This is the fourth and final retrograde of 2018, so by now you should know the drill: Expect miscommunications, technology meltdowns, and travel delays. This particular retrograde may tempt you to make some impulse purchases, but try to keep your spending at bay. Mercury will be direct on December 6, just in time to start holiday shopping (for yourself, of course).
Your birthday season officially concludes on Thursday, November 22, as the sun cruises into Sagittarius. This motion will be especially energetic thanks to the Gemini full moon that electrifies the sky the very next day (Friday, November 23). During this lunation, you may feel like your past is catching up with your present. That's not necessarily a bad thing, Scorpio love, but just remember that you’re in the driver’s seat.
